We are seeking like-minded individuals to join our growing team.

Opportunity Quantexa is looking for highly motivated professionals to join our EMEA Public Sector sales team. As the European Government Sales Director, you will be responsible for executing the sales go to market strategy, identifying new opportunities, building our pipeline, building and maintaining partnerships, winning new deals and meeting company targets within Europe.

Requirements

  • About you:

You should have the following:

  • A good understanding of Government agencies issues and ability to ‘solutionize’ with customer
  • A good understanding of Government agencies operational and buying processes
  • Proven track record in working and solution selling within Government agencies across the Nordics and or Baltics
  • Accountable, getting things done mentality
  • Established network in Public Sector organizations and partner eco system
  • Ambitious and energetic with strong inter-personal skills
  • Strong commercial and entrepreneurial qualities
  • Strong (remote) team player
  • Ability to spot market changes, flagging these early and reacting effectively and positively
  • Ability to plan for the future
  • Ability to lead and grow effective sales teams
  • Can perform effectively in complex and difficult environments
  • Can achieve success through and with others
  • Optimistic in outlook and can identify opportunities
  • Constructive, resilient and perseverant
  • Experience in selling data and/or analytics solutions.
