Job Description

At Quantexa we believe that people and organizations make better decisions when those decisions are put in context – we call this Contextual Decision Intelligence. Contextual Decision Intelligence is the new approach to data analysis that shows the relationships between people, places and organizations - all in one place - so you gain the context you need to make more accurate decisions, faster.

Founded in 2016, Quantexa helps organizations make their data more meaningful, and is the world’s leading software company providing a single networked view of internal and external data as an input to analytical and AI models. From compliance, fraud, anti-money laundering and credit risk to customer intelligence and master data management, Quantexa partners with Global Tier 1 Insurers and Banks, Government Agencies and Technology companies to deliver Contextual Decision Intelligence.

Headquartered in London with significant offices in New York, Boston, Toronto, Sydney, Singapore, and Brussels, Quantexa is continuing its expansion, building on our core values of Determination, Ambition, Teamwork and Accountability.

Opportunity:

As Internal Communications Specialist, you will be a trusted advisor and storyteller, who’s passionate about how we can help our people cut through the noise and finding creative ways to engage a diverse talent community. You will shape the way we live up to our values, by executing a cohesive strategy so our colleagues feel informed, heard and connected to what’s happening at Quantexa as we scale. This role is a unique opportunity to have an impact on the Quantexa mission, tackle the unique challenges of maintaining close communication in a scaling tech business, and help build our reputation as an employer of choice for diverse, values-driven people across the globe.

“You’ll be part of a small, high-performing team who helps create a shared understanding and meaning, so that all our colleagues are engaged and motivated to work towards our company’s goals. As Internal Communications Specialist, you’ll help bring our mission, vision, and EVP to life by crafting stories and experiences that allow our talent to thrive and enjoy coming to work every day – no matter where they’re in the world.” – Head of Engagement & Employer Brand

Your mission:

  • Deliver high-quality communications material and content that resonates across different teams and locations, including end to end management of engagement campaigns for key awareness days in our Diversity & Inclusion calendar.
  • Be the custodian of our intranet and deliver day-to-day administration of communication channels/infrastructure, liaising with key stakeholders across the business to ensure our content is up-to-date, consistent, and relevant.
  • Manage the annual content calendar, prioritizing and optimizing communications, including sourcing and producing a constant pipeline of stories that get our colleagues excited about what’s happening at Quantexa.
  • Build an understanding of business priorities, and support our leaders and managers to amplify them through thought leadership content, team briefings and company-wide townhalls.
  • Own ‘the way’ we communicate by role-modelling best practice and inspiring colleagues across the organisation to follow in your footsteps.
  • Track engagement and develop best practice to manage the flow, frequency and success measures for communications.
  • Spot opportunities for new ways to communicate and stay on top of emerging technologies, best practices and ideas from across the industry.

  • You have a creative flair that engages colleagues including the ability to craft complex messages and often technical copy in an engaging, concise, journalistic style.
  • You take initiative. You are a self-starter with a consistent track record in crafting and delivering effective engagement campaigns from end to end, often to tight deadlines.
  • You are strategic and confident at forming relationships at every level. You’ve worked with dispersed teams before and have some familiarity with cultural nuances as it relates to communication needs whilst scaling globally.

The recruiting process

If you successfully pass through our screening process, we'll invite you to some interviews – two or three on average – to get to know each other and figure out if it’s a good fit for both parties. There, we'll ask you some behavioral and problem-solving questions. We’ll also invite you to take on a few tests aimed at assessing how you think and solve real-life problems. These tests don't require any prior knowledge, and they should take you a few hours to complete. The interviews are held remotely or in-person. To limit arbitrariness and human bias, Quantexa’s hiring decisions are made by a hiring committee.
