What will you be doing?
As a Senior Paid Search Consultant, you’ll have the opportunity to work with an international client base across Google Ads, Microsoft Ads, Search Ads 360 etc. You’ll be leading the planning and implementation of campaigns, liaising directly with clients and helping to shape the paid search offering of a fast-growing consultancy. The right candidate must have a hard-working attitude and be self-motivated to work unsupervised. Client service is super important to us, so you must have excellent communication skills and a willingness to go the extra mile in helping clients. The role is crucial to the expansion of our client services department, and you will be directly contributing to its growth.
Specific responsibilities include:
Plan, build and optimise paid search campaigns for existing clients
Liaise with our solutions team to help build industry-leading paid search technology
Contribute to the overall knowledge bank of the team, and help shape best practice
Audit prospective client accounts, and provide strategic assistance to our sales team
Report back to account leads regarding progress and performance of client accounts
Who are we looking for?
This is an excellent opportunity for a Senior Paid Search Consultant who thrives off delivering results, understands the intent behind what people search for, and enjoys getting involved in the technical stuff like tracking, automation etc.
Ideal candidates will have the following:
Minimum of 3 years experience running paid search campaigns, ideally in an agency environment
Demostrable platform expertise in Google Ads & Microsoft Ads
Strong interest in performance marketing trends
Analytically-minded and able to concisely explain the numbers behind the campaigns
Strong project management skills
Hard working attitude and self motivated to work unsupervised
Excellent client communication skills
