Job Description
What will you be doing?
As a Creative Consultant, you’ll have the opportunity to work with an international client base and be involved in setting up a brand new business proposition across social media creative, landing page design and conversion rate optimisation. You’ll be working with clients' existing assets to create thumbstopping ads, and our talented paid social account managers to create a feedback loop on what works and what doesn't. You’ll also be involved in working with our growth team to create sales material, as well as the management team to determine the overall business proposition. This is a super-exciting opportunity to join our team as we expand our service-offering, and there is huge potential career-growth if you can help us execute the plan well. The role is crucial to the expansion of our client services department, and you will be directly contributing to its growth.
Specific responsibilities include:
Work with clients to transform their digital assets into thumbstopping social creative
Team up with our Paid Social account managers to execute successful campaigns
Liaise with our solutions team to help build industry-leading creative technology
Contribute to the overall knowledge bank of the team, and help shape best practice
Work with management to shape the overall proposition of the service line
Help shape new service lines across landing page design and conversion rate optimisation
Work closely with our Head of Growth to develop new business opportunities
Who are we looking for?
This is an excellent opportunity for a Creative Consultant who thrives off delivering results, understands the importance of serving the right creative to the right people, and is excited at the prospect of setting up a brand new service offering for a growing agency.
Ideal candidates will have the following:
Minimum of 1-2 years experience in a digital design role, ideally creating social media assets or working on website content
Hand-on experience in creative process, marketing, graphic design and brand development
Good knowledge of software such as Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign etc.
Strong interest in social media trends, and their role amongst different audience segments
Strong project management skills
Hard working attitude and self motivated to work unsupervised
Excellent client communication skills
