Term - 3 Months Contract

As our Senior Finance Business Partner at Peppy:

  • You will be responsible for all financial operations and compliance of the company
  • You will be responsible for setting up the finance function in the US, including cash flow management
  • You will build out payroll for Peppy’s US employees
  • Responsible for setting up transfer pricing between our UK & US entities
  • Registering for sales tax and sales tax reporting requirements
  • Oversee the entire Finance function, including Financial Accounting and FP&A
  • Implement and ensure good budgeting and financial governance of the business

Our ideal Senior Finance Business Partner has:

  • 7+ years post qualified experience as a Qualified Accountant (ACA, ACCA, CIMA or equivalent); ideally with experience in a startup or scaleup environment
  • Experience with transfer pricing between UK and US entity, setting up US bank accounts, and registering and filing of sales tax in different states
  • Experience with consolidations and intercompany processes
  • (Desirable) Experience in setting up entities in the US
  • (Desirable) Xero Accounting software experience
