Job Description

What do we do?

Paddle offers SaaS companies a completely different approach to their payment infrastructure. Instead of assembling and maintaining a complex stack of payments-related apps and services, we’re a Merchant of Record for our customers. That means we take away 100% of the pain of payment fragmentation. It’s faster, safer, cheaper, and, above all, way better.

We’re backed by investors including KKR, FTV Capital, Kindred, Notion, and 83North and serve over 3000 software sellers in 245 territories globally.

What You’ll Do

Your mission will be to ensure that our Salesforce platform is not just a system we use, but a tool that drives us forward, making us more efficient and effective in everything we do.

  • Manage the daily operations of Paddle’s Salesforce and other revenue-focussed platforms tools (e.g. sales automation, contracting and compensation) including configuration, maintenance, user management and system administration

  • Provide daily support to end-users, handling requests ranging from straightforward troubleshooting through to more intricate technical issues

  • Oversee the evolution and maintenance of a resilient and structured data architecture in Salesforce

  • Take responsibility for the accuracy, consistency and reliability of data in Salesforce, developing and maintaining custom reports, dashboards, and processes to continuously monitor data quality and integrity

  • Collaborate with RevOps Team to design Salesforce solutions that meet specific business objectives

  • Develop and implement these solutions in accordance with Salesforce best practices

  • Partner with colleagues to implement and maintain integrations between Salesforce and other tools in the commercial tech stack

  • Create and maintain detailed documentation on Salesforce structure and processes which helps brings transparency to the business on how things work

  • Provide enablement to end-users on how to effectively use the platform, through live sessions, in-platform guidance and the creation of thorough enablement materials

We’d love to hear from you if..

  • You’re a certified Salesforce Administrator (or higher) with proven years of experience in B2B environments where you’ve built and maintained a CRM that helped a company scale revenue while providing a frictionless user experience

  • You are an expert at solving technical issues and troubleshooting in Salesforce, with strong attention to detail

  • You have experience designing and maintaining data structures in Salesforce, with a relentless focus on data quality and integrity

  • You have experience working on Salesforce integrations with other commercial tools

  • You are a skilled communicator and collaborator, comfortable working with colleagues across functions and levels

  • You have the ability to train end-users and create clear, effective enablement materials

  • Experience with other technologies in the commercial tech stack, particularly those that integrate with Salesforce, will be a significant plus.
