We’re looking for senior backend engineers to help create the world’s leading solution for data commerce and sharing. You'll be one of the first engineers on the team, with a great deal of autonomy. You'll spearhead our tech culture and product architecture, reporting directly into our Head of Engineering and the founders.

The role is remote, but it's necessary to be in a similar timezone to the UK.

You’ll spend your time:

  • Building our data flows to consume and output financial data of all kinds
  • Ensuring we build an infrastructure to scale to hundreds of business clients
  • Building a robust backend for our web application product

Requirements

  • 5 years of experience building data pipelines or platforms
  • Deep experience with SQL and relational databases
  • Our current stack is built around PHP, VB.NET and SQL; however, you will guide how we build for the future
  • Experience building a flexible API
  • Expertise on data infrastructure
  • Some professional or personal experience with financial markets

Great to have

  • Interest in the financial data space
  • Experience with building scalable web applications
