The Role

As Project Director, you play a vital role at Momentum, owning the client relationship and ensuring successful delivery of commercially impactful ABM programs across multiple accounts. You will be responsible for overseeing the day to day client relationship for all live ABM programs, whilst constantly looking for opportunities to grow and develop the pipeline, alongside Consulting colleagues. You will get involved in the day to day running of your client's programs, you will have oversight of all the detail and be hands on in project delivery. You can expect to spend a proportion of your time operating within our project management platform, Mavenlink, ensuring data is accurate, updated per communications from clients or our internal team. You are a master coordinator, supporting the successful delivery of programs for our clients through keeping on top of timelines, project status reporting, budget maintenance and most importantly through clear communication with internal stakeholders and our clients.

The role demands the ability to think strategically whilst demonstrating excellent client service capabilities, tight client management and excellent relationship-building skills. You’re incredibly organized and always on top of the detail, demonstrating high emotional intelligence and integrity in all that you do. You deliver perfect financial management for your clients and ensure you are all over the maintenance and delivery of their growth plans.

Supporting and partnering with the Consulting lead, together you ensure that our clients benefit from strategic consulting and innovation to directly support their business goals. Due to the nature of your work across multiple projects, a flexible, collaborative and meticulously organised working style is absolutely critical to the success of the role to support our unique offering as the only full-service ABM agency.

Key Responsibilities / About you

  • Own and direct the delivery of impactful and strategic ABM programs for clients, ensuring excellent client service and maximising business efficiency/profitability.
  • Oversee, manage and mentor project managers in the day to day delivery of ABM programs, providing leadership and advice to ensure seamless delivery.
  • Ensure all ABM programs have detailed project plans, budget tracking, booked resources, clearly defined briefs and excellent client communication in place at every stage of the project lifecycle.
  • Collaborate effectively with internal teams to ensure projects are delivered to agreed timeframes, that high level campaign strategic objectives are translated into executable delivery plans.
  • Develop an in-depth understanding of our clients' business objectives, strategic positioning and growth goals.
  • Collaborate with Consulting leads to develop strong partnerships with clients to deliver ABM programs and proactively seek to spot opportunities for growth.
  • Demonstrate commercial acumen and strong financial management.
  • Manage your jobs to be profitable with timely job closure, accurate forecasting and billing.
  • Contribute new ideas with both client and agency teams.
