Role: Director, Key Account Sales

Role Overview

We’re looking for a Director, Key Account Sales to help grow the relationship and generate new revenue with 10 global key accounts in EMEA by becoming a strategic advisor to clients, identifying and creating new opportunities to work together for mutual benefit. Responsibilities

  • Consultative sales of Momentum ITSMA portfolio of B2B service lines to CMO’s and Senior Marketers in global accounts
  • Be a marketing consultant to Momentum ITSMA’s largest clients, including staying abreast of B2B marketing best practices and applying this knowledge to add value to their go-to-market strategy
  • Penetrate assigned accounts – identifying and converting new business and cross-sell opportunities
  • Achieve annual, quarterly and monthly sales targets [as defined on an annual basis]
  • Build and manage a strong pipeline of potential clients sufficient to exceed annual sales goals
  • Develop presentations, proposals and SOWs; negotiate pricing and contractual agreements

Capabilities

  • Expertise, one of your primary goals is to build strategic relationships with top accounts, and an in-depth knowledge of our capabilities is required.
  • Knowledge, you will need to understand each of our key account’s organization strategy, market position, budget, and goals, so you can develop better propositions that deliver greater value to both the client and to our business.
  • Leadership, you must be adept at directing customers and collaborating with delivery teams at all levels of our firm. You’ll be confident and command respect from both your key accounts and peers.
  • Communication, you must be comfortable addressing C-suite executives as well as coordinating our delivery teams
  • Value-based selling, our long term success depends on being able to demonstrate value to the customer

Qualifications / Basic Requirements:

  • Solid B2B marketing sales experience selling into large global/enterprise accounts
  • A proven track record of exceeding annual targets
  • 5+ years of successful experience selling B2B marketing solutions to marketing leadership
  • Knowledge of Account Based Marketing and/or Go-To-Market strategies
  • A value-based approach to selling – the ability to communicate the value of our offerings both strategically and financially to our customers through your understanding of their business and expertise in our own.
  • A consultative sales style, strong experience selling solutions and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
