That means you need to be someone who absolutely thrives off rapid change and actually really enjoys the challenge that comes with change management.

You’ll need to be able to re-evaluate priorities on the go, and collaborate with everybody ranging from the current project management team handling client finances, to the CEO requesting reporting and analysis at the drop of a hat.

  • Liaise with Group Financial Controller to implement and prepare timely monthly reporting and detailed analysis of operating results
  • Develop a process for monthly business reviews (with Ex-Co members) on financial performance
  • Drive financial systems developments across the Group as they relate to Hub Spot, Mavenlink and the integration into Xero as well as reporting capabilities
  • Drive profitability via contract review, pricing and internal structures
  • Owning the monthly board packs including coordinating with other functions and providing insightful commentary on performance and trends
  • Business partnering with senior leadership and providing ad-hoc analysis for external and internal stakeholders
  • Refine processes for reporting and creation of key outputs including Board Slides, Dashboard Reporting, Client Profitability, KPIs, trading performance reviews at service line level including digitalisation of reporting via tools such as Power BI
  • Support with tracking and implementation of initiatives related to integration/synergies
  • Responsibility for commission calculations on a quarterly and annual basis as necessary

About You...

  • Qualified Accountant with strong commercial acumen
  • Demonstrable experience in business partnering
  • Group FP&A experience
  • M&A experience Including due diligence and financial modelling
  • Excellent communication and Interpersonal skills.
  • Team player with proven leadership skills
  • Previous experience in a private equity backed business would be hugely advantageous
  • Passionate about working in a growth business
  • Self-motivated, sold problem solving and analytical skills
  • Flexible, innovative, and adaptable at work in order to meet competing priorities
