• Empathy and understanding - to assist customers and troubleshoot issues, to get the best out of using the CircleLoop product.

• Ability to use a range of questioning techniques, including listening, and responding to ensure the product is understood and the right solution for the customer.
• Logical and methodical problem-solving skills.
• An understanding of Cloud based telecommunications & the telecoms industry is desirable.
• You will be friendly and outgoing by nature.
• Highly organised – with the ability to work using your own initiative.
