We are proud of what we build, how we build it, and that our products will define the AI era. It’s a time of huge change in the AI landscape, and this role will put you right in the heart of it. In Microsoft’s Global Talent Acquisition organization, our mission is to engage and hire people who empower the planet. As a Recruiting Coordinator, you will play a key role in shaping the candidate experience and supporting our mission to attract top talent. In this role, you’ll help accelerate the growth of the MAI division by delivering a seamless hiring process and partnering closely with recruiting teams. You’ll collaborate with executive office staff, remove roadblocks, and make informed decisions to keep objectives on track. If you thrive in fast-paced environments and are passionate about people, process, and delivering excellence, we’d love to meet you!

You are a great fit for this role if you:

  • Thrive in dynamic, high-growth environments where agility and adaptability are key to success.
  • Love working in a startup-like culture within a global tech leader—where speed, experimentation, and innovation drive every day.
  • Are passionate about AI and eager to help build the teams shaping the future of human-AI collaboration.
  • Embrace ambiguity with confidence, act decisively, and bring energy and creativity to driving innovation.
  • Communicate with clarity and precision, ensuring alignment across stakeholders.

Microsoft’s mission is to empower every person and every organization on the planet to achieve more. As employees, we come together with a growth mindset, innovate to empower others, and collaborate to realize our shared goals. Each day we build on our values of respect, integrity, and accountability to create a culture of inclusion where everyone can thrive at work and beyond.
