Job Description

MBDA are currently undertaking a transformation programme to move to SAP S/4HANA. This is a key role owning the access control and security of this system

Salary: Circa £65,000 dependent on experience

Dynamic (hybrid) working: 1-2 days per week on-site due to workload classification

Security Clearance: British Citizen or a Dual UK national with British citizenship

Restrictions and/or limitations relating to nationality and/or rights to work may apply. As a minimum and after offer stage, all successful candidates will need to undergo HMG Basic Personnel Security Standard checks (BPSS), which are managed by the MBDA Personnel Security Team.

The opportunity:

MBDA are looking for a SAP Security Specialist to act as a SAP Governance, Risk, and Compliance (GRC) Access and Authorisations Specialist/Project Manager. Within this role you will be an active contributor to the MBDA SAP S/4HANA transformation programme.

The aim of this program is to harmonize our business processes at European level. In this context, we are implementing a new cooperative architecture based in part on the national and group platforms of SAP Access Control, SAP S/4 Hana, BW/4HANA BPC and SAP Analytics Cloud.

The key focus for this role will be on project delivery and the operational maintenance of SAP access control solutions (including SAP GRC) and the organization and deployment of SAP access authorisations.

What we're looking for from you:

  • Knowledge and experience of authorisation and role design for SAP systems (SAP S/HANA, SAP Fiori) and SAP security concepts including Segregation of Duties (SOD) and audit.
  • The ability to manage projects on time, budget and quality, according to business expectations and in compliance with the standards and strategies defined by the MBDA Group.
