As a Talent Acquisition Partner, you will own the end-to-end recruitment process across multiple European and APAC countries. Acting as a strategic advisor, you will collaborate with hiring managers and senior stakeholders to attract and retain top-tier talent while promoting Antech and Mars as an employer of choice.

This role operates within Antech / Mars Science and Diagnostics Talent Acquisition team, collaborating with various stakeholders across EU and APAC. The position requires strong collaboration and influencing skills, and the ability to manage complex recruitment projects in a fast-paced, global environment.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

• Manage full-cycle recruitment for all roles across assigned clusters / business verticals

• Partner with business leaders to define hiring strategies aligned with organizational goals

• Serve as a trusted advisor to hiring managers, providing guidance on talent market trends and best practices

• Develop and execute proactive sourcing strategies to build strong talent pipelines

• Coach hiring managers on hiring and interviewing techniques and candidate assessment

• Monitor labor market trends and provide insights to influence workforce planning

• Ensure compliance with global TA processes and local labor regulations

• Leverage Workday ATS and recruitment analytics to drive data-informed decisions

• Support employer branding initiatives and represent Antech at industry events

• Collaborate with People & Organization Business Partners on talent strategies and succession planning

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field

• 3-5 years of Talent Acquisition experience, preferably in a corporate or global environment

• Expertise in sourcing strategies and talent market analysis

• Strong stakeholder management and negotiation skills

• Experience with Workday ATS preferred

• Ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver under pressure

• Fluency in French or German REQUIRED; both preferred

• Additional European languages are a plus

• Proficiency in MS Office and recruitment tools
