Protecting Operational Imperatives (POI) is a key enabler and strategic priority for delivering our Digitization at Scale ambition and Petcare 2030 OGSM. POI ensures that our business is secure, compliant, resilient and efficient through 4 distinct programs including BCM & Resiliency, Information Security and Data Privacy (managed by GDO), Digital Operations through GDO and Mergers & Acquisitions Digital Integration and Digital Collaboration.

The role of the POI Strategic Communications and Content Creator is important for bringing these programs to life and providing awareness to the general population of Petcare Associates and senior stakeholders (inc. the Petcare Leadership Team) to educate, influence, engage and communicate progress. This includes Brand Management of the POI Organization, developing innovative ways to communicate to our customers in the Divisions and creating a suite of tools for the internal teams to utilize to maintain consistency and leverage storytelling for impactful messaging.

Context and Scope:

This role will work closely with the BCM & Resiliency Capabilities Director, POI Leadership team, BCM & Resiliency Capabilities Team, Division Deployment Teams and functional teams in GDO to design, maintain and deploy relevant tools, resources, educational artifacts, eLearnings, micro-simulations and governance decks that aim to deliver key messages in an engaging and innovative way to foster sustained success and effectiveness in protecting the business and its success

What will be your key responsibilities?

  • POI Division and Petcare Leadership quarterly Forums: Create the look-and-feel of the presentations to ensure maximum impact as directed by the Capabilities Director and POI Senior Director.

  • BCM & Resiliency Program: Maintain and frequently update the existing tools and resources including all current educational artifacts, internal and external communications, etc. such that they remain up-to-date, relevant, informative, insightful, and tailored for the anticipated audience across the Mars Petcare ecosystem.

  • GDO Info-Sec & Digital Operations: Where it pertains to Petcare POI specific content, supporting in content look and feel in collaboration with GDO for consistent branding and messaging.

  • M&A DT Integration & Digital Collaboration: Co-creation of look and feel for contents and communications.

  • E-Learning Content: Lead the solution design, internal deployment coordination and maintenance of a comprehensive curriculum of eLearnings for each Petcare Division within the BCM & Resiliency Program that will help support deployment and annual compliance requirements across the Mars Petcare ecosystem.

  • Micro-Simulations: Co-create content with Division Leads which support the deployment of micro-simulation scenarios for each Petcare Division within the BCM & Resiliency Program, aiming to simulate the response and recovery of unplanned events and strengthening the readiness of our BCM leaders throughout the Mars Petcare ecosystem.

  • POI General Create visual representation and meaningful metrics of Program outcomes and insights that can be leveraged during periodic forums to help keep informed senior leaders within the Mars Petcare ecosystem.

What are we looking for?

Education/Professional Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Education, Business or similar.

  • Video content creation and editing.

  • Motion Capture and Animation Fundamentals.

  • Graphic Design and Visual Effects.

  • Game Art and Design.

Knowledge/Experience:

  • 3+ years of experience in working in an FMCG multinational business.

  • Ability to work effectively in a flexible and changing environment.

  • Ability to manage multiple activities and priorities simultaneously.

  • Experience building and managing relationships with senior level stakeholders.

  • Occasional travel may be required.

  • Some experience in risk management preferred.

  • The position will be part of a global team, necessitating remote collaboration and fostering pluralistic cultural relationships.

  • The position will operate with full autonomy and be responsible for self-managing time and workload to ensure quality work is delivered within expected deadlines.
