Senior Product Analyst

The Product Senior Analyst will own multiple live Research and Development solutions within Mars.

The Product Senior Analyst ensures we continuously improve our ongoing IT operations within R&D (through DevOps and management of vendors). As well as looking ahead and bringing in valuable capabilities to the business, by leading projects or being part of larger transformational programmes.

What are we looking for?

• IT / systems background
• Strong IT Operations knowledge, preferred on FMCG (Fast Moving Consumer Goods) industry. Experience in related business areas will be a plus.
• Experience managing products and services, development or projects.
• ITIL, PMI, Agile, DevOps, Scrum certifications will be a plus
• Knowledge of R&D/innovation operations a plus
• Proven project/activity leadership and influencing experience with key stakeholders

What will be your key responsibilities?

• Ensure demand/opportunities from the business are delivered by the teams, by providing leadership and direction.
• Lead projects where required. Involvement in transformational projects to provide functional and technical expertise, collaborating from the design until go live, including Service Transition.
• Service management with 3rd Party vendors based on operational excellence, with overall accountability on the metrics for service SLAs. Including addressing escalations from business.
• Providing close elevated assistance to key business stakeholders on high priority activities which require Digital Technologies support, such as at critical times in the business calendar (financial period close, end-of-year etc.).
• Strong collaboration with business to translate business functional requirements into actual practical and working IT solution specifications and assuring high level of satisfaction from the customers.
