Product Supply Co-Ordinator

The Product Supply Co-Ordinator is responsible for managing the KIND UK inventory and providing stock status updates to the UK market.
Working in the supply chain team, these responsibilities will cover approx. 50 skus, with an approximate NSV of £20m.
The Product Supply Co-ordinator will be a contributor in the UK production plan requirements, in collaboration with EMEA Central Planning Team.
This role will own and drive the continuous improvement projects within inventory management, including local Copacking services and 3PL management.
Responsibilities of this role are key if KIND UK is to drive category growth through supply chain capability, this role is pivotal in operational execution.

What will be your key responsibilities?
Own the KIND UK inventory, including tracking short - dated stock, stock at risk and future production requirements through the local planning systems (Anaplan). Leading the UK market inventory review to ensure inventory actions are tracked and shared with the S&F teams.
Will take the lead on the periodic inventory reconciliation, with support from UK finance team. Ensuring that stock discrepancies are investigated and resolved.
Develop, manage, and maintain effective relationships with the KIND EMEA Central Planner, UK Supply chain, 3PL and S&F Functions.
Lead the daily RMOS process for the UK, acting as an interface between market supply and the current 3PL provider. Tracking operational issues and owning the internal communications.
Ensure all stock movements are recorded accurately within ERP, managing and resolving exceptions.
Provide local market inputs into the periodic call with the central planning team. Focusing on product availability, product freshness and stock projections. Ensuring that UK stock is kept in line with safety stock levels. Tracking over deliveries / under deliveries and raising supply concerns. An example would be Out of stocks etc.
Lead the local Copacking requirements within the UK to ensure product is converted in line with forecast and safety level requirements. Including purchase order creation and invoice query management with Finance
Provide product availability reports , including but not limited to; Stock Projections, Stock freshness and 3PL KPIs
Champion a root cause analysis approach within the UK Stock inventory, ensuring actions are tracked and root causes are resolved and shared
Represent supply chain on the UK activity management process to optimise product availability, local project operational deliverables and a CSL of 98.5%
Be a key decision maker alongside the customer collaboration lead in stock management during times of customer ordering quotas / supply restrictions
