What will be your key responsibilities?

• To design right NPD speed to market process & right portfolio successful picture in omni channel;
• To lead national wide campaign fitting to both of brand image building and category growth driving oriented
• To drive category growth and enable conversion across point of sales with channel focus.
• Develop by channel growth strategy, connecting brand/content/innovation initiatives
• Seamlessly connect with and empower region FLS / NCD with omni-channel marketing expertise.
• As channel Expertise Hub: Provide guidance and standard by respective channel across portfolio/promotion/merchandizing/digital conversion.
• Develop high-engaged and capable NCM teams, build talent pipeline.
