Location: Haguenau - France (30 min from Strasbourg), Germany, London - UK, Athens - Greece or other European countries

As a Technical Solutions Lead, you will act as the primary contact to analyze, evaluate, and govern the technical landscape of the Salesforce Marketing Cloud platform.

What are we looking for?

  • 5+ years of combined experience as a Solutions Engineer, Technical Consultant, or Solutions Architect for martech.

  • 2+ years working with multiple CRM tech stack (Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Klaviyo).

  • Previous experience working in the European Union and dealing with GDPR regulations.

  • Experience leading initiatives with a global footprint having built APIs, products, and complex systems/infrastructure at scale.

  • Experience with automation, devops, privacy, security.

  • Excellent communication in English.

What would be your key responsibilities?

  • Work closely with Product Management, Marketing and Data teams to unlock and develop new opportunities by developing a deep understanding on business goals and industry trends.

  • Act as a technical consultant and subject matter expert on Mars’ Salesforce Marketing Cloud platform.

  • The Technical Solutions Lead will animate technical workshops. They will also develop product technical specification and architecture documentation (data model, data flows, sequence diagram).

  • Understand and apply knowledge of the CRM products, technologies, and business to build solutions to solve for problems at scale.

  • Guide and collaborate with multiple cross functional partners such as web, advertising, development agencies, privacy authorities to ensure Mars delivers scalable technical solutions with speed and cost efficiency.

  • Walking through technical details about the CRM platforms, technical and non-technical audiences.

  • Influence decision-making through presentation of data-centric technical topics.
