The European Senior Marketing Analytics Manager will be a key part of the transformational journey driving data driven marketing with the aim to transform the way we connect with the pet parents putting them at the heart of everything we do.

Our ambition in this transformation is to:

  • Serve 40Mio more pets by 2025 (moving from 360 Mio to 400Mio pets) globally
  • Intimately know pet parents and their pets, leveraging this data as an asset to accelerate our growth
  • Moving from talking at pet parents to ultimately delivering mutual value experiences for them
  • Creating the capabilities, ways of working and resources to engage with pet parents at a personalized level at meaningful scale

What are we looking for?

  • A strong background in Data Analytics to help drive marketing performance and innovative new opportunities to engage with more Pet Parents
  • Significant experience in digital marketing / performance driven organizations
  • Meticulous & analytical – with a passion for numbers and how they drive value
  • Understanding & application of audience management and measurement (from rules based approaches through to modelling and econometrics) and how this is applied within the marketing context
  • Can-do attitude, someone who likes to get stuck in and build as well as lead
  • Comfortable managing a small team of analysts

What will be your key responsibilities?

  • Lead the EU Digital Marketing Performance analytic team and be in charge of delivering insight through to action across the 4 blue print markets in the EU
  • Own the design & execution of the KPI & Measurement & Optimization framework for all digital marketing activity across all brands and markets in Europe.
  • Lead and champion the democratization of information across PNE so all understand real time performance of campaigns and can act accordingly
  • Act as a catalyst for change in the demand organization and promote Data driven strategies, frameworks to roll out results, test & learn attitude to constantly refine
