Mars Food & Nutrition is embarking on an exciting journey to build digital-first, strategic revenue management (SRM) capabilities that will enable our purpose: Better Food Today. A Better World Tomorrow.

A key component of this SRM agenda is designing and deploying next generation trade promotion management (TPM) capabilities. This role is responsible for executing the Mars Food UK and Ireland joint market deployment of a TPM system. The ideal candidate will possess strong transformation project management skills, excellent leadership capabilities, and a deep understanding of trade promotion processes within a consumer goods and/or retail environment.

What are we looking for?

  • Technical skills: Hands-on experience with TPM systems (e.g., Salesforce TPM, Visualfabriq, SAP TPM), ERP systems, and business intelligence tools.

  • Experience: Trade Promotion Management, Sales Operations, IT Project Management, or related fields.

  • Project Management: Proven track record in leading enterprise-level system implementations, preferably in CPG, Retail, or FMCG industries.

  • Communication & Leadership: Strong ability to influence stakeholders, manage cross-functional teams, and drive initiatives to completion.

What will be your key responsibilities?

  • Program Management: Lead the end-to-end implementation of the TPM system in partnership with key stakeholders from Markets and Operating Entities (OEs), ensuring timely and successful execution while aligning with business objectives.

  • Stakeholder Collaboration: Partner with Sales, Finance, IT, and other key stakeholders to gather requirements, define business processes, and drive system adoption.

  • System Integration: Work with IT teams and vendors to ensure seamless integration of TPM with existing ERP, CRM, and analytics platforms.

  • Training & Change Management: Provide inputs on training programs, change management activities, and communication strategies to ensure smooth user adoption and minimize disruption to business operations.

  • Data Management & Analytics: Employ a ‘data-led’ mindset to ensure data accuracy, reporting, and analytics capabilities within the TPM system to support business decision-making.
