Today across the Petcare Enterprise we have many experts specializing in technologies across our critical business process. However, breadth of our critical business processes, vs. the depth of a single ERP or Application is a gap. It's important to understand and document the data and process flow between technologies to enable end to end resiliency across the Order to Cash and Make to Deliver process.

What are we looking for?

  • Previous experience working on process management and process improvement

  • An individual with attention to detail, process management and business acumen

  • Data Management and data strategy experience

  • Ability to collaborate and create relationships at different levels of the organization

  • Excellent communication skills in English

What will be your key responsibilities?

  • Champion the governance of adequate data capture of critical business processes within the scope of the Petcare BCM Program.

  • Drive the documentation and up-to-date knowledge on E2E critical business processes including: data flows and key business insights to enable business recovery time objectives and priorities.

  • Review local Critical Process Maps (CPM) and validate the accuracy with local BCM Managers and FE's.

  • Guide local KU's to create test scripts when E2E Disaster Recovery testing is required.

What can you expect from Mars?

  • At Mars, we believe in a relationship of mutual trust, dignity and respect between our company and Associates that is more meaningful than the standard employer/employee relationship.

  • As Associates, we can expect to be respected, supported and valued as individuals, to be treated fairly and equitably.

  • An environment where you are empowered to be proactive and to take initiatives to make a difference.

  • You will work in a multicultural environment (more than 40 nationalities) and where your dog will be welcomed by more than 100 other Associates’ dogs at the office!

  • A unique and ideal work environment to become the leader in health through nutrition for cats and dogs!
