Job Description:

This role is designed to drive strategic initiatives and manage projects that enhance or leverage the Enterprise Collaboration solutions for associates globally. The position focuses on project management, stakeholder engagement, and delivering user-centric solutions that add business value.ey Responsibilities

  • Manage the Enterprise Collaboration (ECb) portfolio, ensuring information on projects in the standard tool (ServiceNow SPM) is up to date and accurate.

  • Manage the Demand management process, ensuring all information about the demand and the value management is collected at the begin of each demand correctly.

  • Lead, Manage and mentor the team on resource (capacity) management in the standard tool, ensuring it is updated and accurate.

  • Attend bi-weekly Refining and Prioritizing session with the ECb VMO team.

  • Create solid business cases for the demand to ensure ROI and benefits are clearly articulated.

  • Lead and manage end-to-end project delivery for initiatives within the Enterprise Collaboration portfolio, ensuring alignment with Mars’ digital strategy.

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams including IT, business units, vendors, and service providers to define project scope, goals, and deliverables.

  • Develop, maintain and/or ensure project plans, timelines, budgets, and resource allocations are present and updated.

  • Monitor and report on project progress, risks, and issues, ensuring timely resolution and escalation when necessary.

  • Drive continuous improvement by identifying opportunities to optimize processes, tools, and technologies used by end users.

  • Ensure compliance with Mars’ governance, security, and change management standards.

  • Ensure compliance with communication global standards.

  • Support the adoption of new technologies and services through effective communication, training, and change management strategies.

  • Act as a liaison between technical teams and business stakeholders to ensure solutions meet user needs and expectations.

  • Lead and manage vendors that provides any support or service to Enterprise Collaboration team.

Job Specifications/Qualifications

  • Knowledge on Agile framework, PMX, PRINCE2, SAFe and/or PMBOK.

  • Experience in managing complex, global, and highly visible projects.

  • Experience in vendor management.

  • Perform effective risk and issue management, manage change to the Project scope, schedule, and budget, with consideration to interdependencies and external dependencies.
