Commercial Sales Analyst/Digital Insights Specialist

This is an exciting opportunity to join a new team in the Mars Wrigley Commercial team leading a new transformation programme which will enable our employees to have access to the right tools and processes. This role will lead this effort in either the strategic sourcing and price risk management, commercial operations or sustainability.

Please note that the successful candidate's role title will be Digital Insights Specialist.

What are we looking for?

  • Significant experience in a commercial or sales analytics role

  • Basic modelling and statistical analysis experience

  • Experience in Power BI or a similar visualization tool.

  • Basic experience in Power Automate or Microsoft Flows or similar automation program would be beneficial.

  • Regression modelling & probability testing experience would be a bonus.

  • Database Code Language (preferably SQL or any relational database) would be advantageous.

What will your key responsibilities be?

  • Identify Commercial data and tool pain points and requirements.

  • Translate identified problem spaces/opportunities to solutions, create business cases, evaluate appropriate resourcing solutions and assess subsequent return on investment.

  • In partnership with MGS, MW commercial and x-functional analytics teams, drive the required system and tool enhancements to ensure they meet commercial requirements and future strategy needs.

  • Identify opportunities to boost capabilities within commercial organization and feedback gaps to inform capability agenda.

  • Partner with broader commercial transformation team to support definition of long-term digital roadmap for each job family or commercial persona.

  • Lead MW POC for development of defined key initiatives.

  • Identify opportunities for Test & Learn Innovation for delivery by technical peer/MGS.

  • Drive adoption, improvement, connection, and scaling of existing tools.

  • Point of contact for data quality & One Commercial Taxonomy escalations from associates and partner with MGS to resolve issues.
