Product

• Execution of Origin Petrochemical Hub strategy for site in aligment with Area Depot & Strategic Project Manager head.
• Act as sparring partner to all Petchem Site managers in Saudi Arabia.
• Responsible for full life cycle of a site including finding optimal locations, procurement, man power solutions, vendor management etc. Within scope of petchem sites.
• Continious improvement & optimization of assets
• Set up Operational processes and procedures, optimization of assests.
• Driving cost management and optmization initiatives.
• Site implementation and customer implementation.
• Formulating Standard Operating Procedures.
• Tender handling support to Area Depot & Strategic Project Manager head
• Customization and localization of the products within the framework
• Assist in business generation, ability to see potential product package offering.
• Supporting sales with developed solutions basis customers’ requirements.
• Keeping data base of potential suppliers and vendors.
• Prepare possible tie-up, collaboration & investment opportunities.

Operational excellence

• Manage the operations of the location complete transportation and ground ops planning in coordination with Transport planning department and KAP/MLP Site managers
• HSSE & compliance adherence
• Manage subcontractors needs and used at these locations for Origin Hub services
• Drive compliance & regulatory adherence
• Sites operating basis security / IT standards

Generals

• Lease administration
• Contract management
• Drive adherence to governance framework

People

• Facilitate the execution training linked to products, solutions and clients
• All people and safety aspects
• Having the best place to work and taking care for our clients
