Warehouse Site Manager

Job Description

We’re looking for an experienced Warehouse Site Manager to lead our warehousing and distribution operations at Willebroek, Belgium. You’ll have full P&L responsibility and play a critical role in delivering operational excellence, customer satisfaction, and profitable growth in line with Maersk’s regional WnD strategy.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage all site operations, ensuring safety, efficiency, and service excellence.
• Full P&L ownership – including budgeting, performance monitoring, and cost optimization.
• Drive continuous improvement, Lean initiatives, and operational efficiency.
• Oversee contract management, customer relationships, and business growth.
• Ensure HSSE and regulatory compliance across all activities.
• Lead, coach, and develop high-performing teams in a safety-first culture.
• Collaborate with regional and global teams to execute the WnD strategy.

What We’re Looking For

• Proven experience in site or warehouse management (preferably in large-scale or omnichannel logistics).
• Strong operational and leadership skills with a continuous improvement mindset.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management in an international environment.
• Financial acumen with the ability to manage and act on P&L results.
• Strong understanding of local market dynamics and compliance standards.
• Fluency in English and Dutch.
