🛠️ Job Responsibilities:
Manage inbound and outbound operations in WMS, ensuring accurate inventory handling and efficient workflows.
Communicate workload issues, KPIs, and continuous improvement initiatives to stakeholders.
Optimize inventory rotation, support order processing (Fill-Rate), and coordinate reconciliation to guarantee on-time deliveries and stock availability.
Coordinate inter-warehouse operations (B2B), ensure timely transfers and proper documentation to maintain service levels.
Maintain and update Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) through continuous improvement and collaboration with cross-functional teams.
Ensure inventory integrity by reconciling system data with physical stock and maintaining robust control processes.
🎯 What We’re Looking For:
Minimum 5 years of proven experience in operations and distribution centers, including inventory management.
Proficiency with WMS or ERP systems and MS Office tools.
English proficiency: Intermediate – advance.
Bachelor’s degree in industrial engineering, International Trade, or Logistics.
