Job Description

Responsible for managing all types of warehousing operations, ensuring effective inventory control, storage, and fulfillment execution. Leads and develops teams to deliver operational excellence and achieve business objectives.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage end-to-end warehousing operations across all facility types (CFS, CY, inland depots, bonded warehouses, etc.).
  • Oversee inventory control, storage, and fulfillment execution to ensure accuracy and efficiency.
  • Lead, develop, and motivate warehouse teams, including responsibility for hiring, coaching, performance management, and pay reviews.
  • Set priorities, allocate resources, and ensure timely task completion and operational excellence.
  • Develop and implement business plans, policies, and operational practices aligned with organizational strategy.
  • Monitor compliance with safety, security, and regulatory requirements across all warehouse operations.
  • Drive continuous improvement initiatives in processes, cost efficiency, and service quality.

Skills Required

  • Strong knowledge of warehousing operations, inventory management, and fulfillment processes.
  • Proven leadership and people management skills, including coaching and performance development.
  • Ability to plan, organize, and execute operations within defined guidelines and deadlines.
  • Problem-solving skills with the ability to evaluate options and choose effective solutions.
  • Good business and industry knowledge with understanding of logistics and supply chain dynamics.
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management abilities.
  • Experience with warehouse management systems (WMS) and related tools.
