About the role

Join our Routing Platform Team as a Product Manager and help modernize the routing processes and products that power global logistics. If you thrive in agile, cross-functional environments and are passionate about driving process transformation, this is your opportunity to make a global impact.

You will work closely with both business and tech teams to shape smarter, scalable routing solutions that deliver measurable value across commercial, operational, and network design functions.

What you’ll be doing

  • Product Strategy: define and communicate a clear product vision to improve Maersk’s Route Offer Availability by accelerating time-to-market for preferred routes through process standardization and automation
  • Lead end-to-end process design, including mapping, risk assessment, and control frameworks
  • Develop and maintain the product & engineering roadmap for process automation
  • Create and manage detailed process documentation (L4 & L5 SOPs), define KPIs, and monitor performance
  • Drive implementation through effective change management and stakeholder engagement
  • Partner with engineering, UX, regional, and internal teams to ensure successful product development and launch

Skill set:

  • Experience: 8+ years total, with 5+ years in Product Management (preferably in data and automation products)
  • Technical Proficiency: Skilled in Jira, Confluence, Figma, ARIS
  • Analytical Strength: Strong problem-solving abilities and data-driven decision-making
  • Process Expertise: Deep experience in process management and familiarity with MePC and Integrated Routing is a plus
  • Agile Mindset: Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments
  • Logistics Knowledge: Solid understanding of global logistics and supply chain processes
  • Innovation Focus: Exposure to Gen AI-based solutions is a plus
