Key Responsibility

• Focal for all vessel schedule arrangement daily execution and the berthing line-up optimization with last port situation, planned cargo handling volume and stowage layout..

• Responsible to execute the key end to end cargo delivery process with customer centricity and contingency planning with quick response / follow up due for a full vessel/higher utilization.

• Driving team focus for high performance including productivity, and cost.

• Be the focal in assigned Port Range improving relation with stakeholders both internal and external.

• Driving constant care for the customers with continuous improvement on process review and optimization.

• Participate in Network Change process by discussing and securing berthing windows for responsible ports within scope.

• Coordinate contingencies handling in assigned port scope.

Who we are looking for

• Good verbal and written communication skills in both English and Chinese.

• Can work in a challenging and changing environment dealing with a lot of different and urgency incident at the same time.

• A sense of urgency, result orientated with constant care.

• Self-starter with initiative and strong execution force to influence multiple stakeholders.
