As part of the strategy team for a company of over 100,000 people, operating in 130 countries, Maersk Management Consulting (MMC) is at the forefront of creating high impact strategies to generate growth and change in one of the world’s largest integrated container logistics companies.

How will you shape the future?
As an Intern, you will collaborate in project teams of 3-5 consultants. You will work over a time span of 8-12 weeks with flexible placement throughout 2026 (except for the month of July).
The position offers significant exposure to senior stakeholders across Maersk, focusing on driving growth and defining future strategies. We will support you as you learn and grow by developing the following qualifications:
Understanding and addressing business problems in a structured and logical manner while developing sustainable and practical solutions
Developing logical reasoning and data modelling for analysis
Communicating insights and results to senior decision-makers
Who are you?
Irrespective of your line of study we are looking for students willing to develop the tools required to become a Consultant. We will be looking for the below in our assessment of your profile:

To be eligible for the Intern position, you must be a student and hold a valid Danish/EU work permit. Applications will be reviewed in the order of submission.
