We are seeking an experienced Local Head of Asset Management to lead our terminal’s Asset Management team. This role ensures all equipment and facilities operate at peak safety, reliability, and efficiency while driving sustainability and innovation. You will develop and implement maintenance strategies aligned with global standards and local regulations, manage resources, and build a high-performing team.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Health, Safety & Environmental
Ensure compliance with HSSE standards, promote a safe workplace, drive continuous improvement, adopt best practices, and implement a decarbonization roadmap aligned with sustainability goals.
2. Performance & Resource Management
Forecast and manage resource needs, deliver high-quality service, monitor performance KPIs and encourage innovation to enhance operational efficiency.
3. Strategy
Develop and manage a 5-year asset management plan, implement global maintenance strategies, and plan for asset lifecycle management considering total cost of ownership.
4. Asset Integrity
Maintain integrity of all terminal assets and infrastructure through inspections, audits, and risk mitigation to ensure operational reliability and safety.


We’re looking for:

· University degree in Engineering or related field.

· Minimum 5 years’ experience leading maintenance department.

· Or a large experience (10 to 15 years) in maritime field & maintenance management in a Terminal.

· Strong organizational, planning, and monitoring skills.

· Hands-on approach to problem-solving and process optimization.

· Proven leadership with ability to empower teams.

Skills:

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for stakeholder management.

- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities for complex situations.

- Ability to exercise discretion and sound judgment.

- Fluent in English, Frensh is a must.

- Knowledge of local HSSE regulations.

- Proficiency in MS Office, databases, and CMMS/EPR systems.

- Familiarity with quality management and customer satisfaction principles.
