In Project Logistics, our customers demand we take control. They demand we maintain full control of the logistics services from end to end. Therefore we seek a Global Head of Control Tower and Governance.

What you’ll be doing

• Develop and Own the global process for Maersk Project Logistics (MPL) Control Towers including the connectivity to MPL operational processes.

• Ensure the process implementation across MPL control Towers.

• Design the MPL Control Tower (CT) structure, organization and regional set up including the financial model (revenue and cost allocation).

• Establish global Control Tower Health Metrics KPI’s and Dashboards

• Responsible for global operational and finance process development and service delivery towards MPL Customers, documented in Maersk's global SOP and IOP

• Operational, GSC Management (offshoring) process scope and enabling set standard on daily execution of responsibilities

• Collaborate with MPL Regional heads of Operation to assure desired performance and service level

• Propose enhancements to upgrade and enhance CT platform and visibility including AI to drive efficiency and accuracy

• Present solutions to customers and over see the regional implementation.

• Oversee the global CT performance, efficiency and profitability

• Oversee operational review meetings with customers are conducted as appropriate to ensure MPL CT performance is meeting customers satisfaction and KPI’s commitments

To succeed in this role, we believe that you can offer

• Extensive experience in supply chain management including process and solution design.

• Deep understanding of the control tower concepts within the logistics field.

• Experience in managing vendors and internal stakeholders for delivering logistics services to customers.

• Ability to structure an end to end solution, combining different products and transport services.

• Stakeholder management experience with internal and external stakeholders.
