Role Overview

• FP&A team serves as financial partners to Commercial Stakeholders.

• Provide insights on customer profitability (GP & EBIT) and performance vs sales targets.

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver analytical insights and ensure quality commercial inputs in MOS.

• Track sales and network performance.

• Support ComEx Lead with performance decks and action follow-ups.

• Provide financial data for commercial and vertical strategies.

• Partner with Regional/Central Commercial Excellence, Sales Ops, Finance, and FBPs.

• Manage sales pipeline analysis and drive related discussions.

• Monitor cost of sales, sales productivity, and SIP effectiveness.

• Define and align data requirements across functions and regions.

Business Partnering

• Collaborate with Global FP&A, Commercial, and Senior Management.

• Provide value-added analysis, reporting, and planning to aid decisions.

• Act as a trusted advisor driving growth, profitability, and efficiency.

Professional Profile

• Individual contributor role with technical and analytical focus.

• May coach or guide junior staff or manage small projects.

• Works independently within set boundaries; seeks input for complex issues.

• Requires prior experience or advanced finance education.

Leadership Scope

• Leaders manage daily tasks and priorities to ensure completion of objectives.
