You will be responsible for:
Customer channel management
Case Management
Customer onboarding and relationship management
Contract and dispute management
Role Requirement or Must Haves or Good to Haves:
1 to 4 years of expereince in handling shipments (Import/Export) from logistics background .
Understanding of basics of supply chain management.
Knowledge of standardized work routines and methods, general facts and information but may need to escalate non-routine problems to a more experienced colleague or supervisor.
Qualification
- Any graduate.
