You will be responsible for:

  • Preparing agenda and materials for monthly investment committee meeting.

  • Preparing bi-weekly investment pipeline report and facilitate pipeline meeting with Finance functions and Group Investment Analysis.

  • Owning standard investment models.

  • Preparing and reporting approved projects and related details to Group Investment Analysis monthly.

  • Supporting business case review, i.e. valuation models and investment proposal, and drive assurance for the assumptions, project attractiveness, risks and sensitivities in business cases.

  • Supporting impairment testing process and investment follow up process.

  • Supporting on other ad-hoc tasks.

  • Monthly reporting analysis: periodic actual vs target, QTD actual vs forecast, Periodic actual vs forecast.

  • Preparing Financial reports for the review of the regional CFO Clearly understand business needs and development reporting requests.

  • Submitting timely and accurate deliverables.

  • Managing issues, exhaust all possible fix and escalate to appropriate desks for resolutions of issues.

  • Providing independent and accurate business performance reports on a daily, weekly and monthly basis, including the development of the structure, content and presentation.

  • Working closely and collaboratively with the business to provide insight into current performance, provide early indications of deviation from target.

  • Highlighting and quantify risks and opportunities which will help focus their attention and drive appropriate actions aimed at improving KPI performance.

Knowledge & Qualifications:

  • MBA (Finance)/ CFA with 2-4 years of experience in relevant corporate finance function, M&A, Investment Banking, preferably with constructing the financial side of business development or investment projects Experience in Financial Modelling

  • Strong MS Excel skills (v-lookup, Pivots, Complex formulae) and MS PowerPoint

  • Excellent communication skills (English) – Fluent Oral & Written

  • Highly analytical, process oriented with eye for details

  • In-depth knowledge about financial project valuation methodologies including NPV, IRR, multiples, etc

  • Prior experience in a captive unit

  • Prior experience in HFM/ OneStream systems and ThinkCell tool will be an added advantage
