Our mission is simple! We believe we can use tech to make public services better. We also believe this can happen best when our own team represents the society that actually uses the services we work on. We’re collectively continuing to grow a culture that is happy, healthy, safe and inspiring for people of all backgrounds and experiences, so we encourage people from underrepresented groups to apply for roles with us.
As a Delivery Manager, you’ll be accountable for successful project delivery. You will be working across one, two or multiple work-streams, building motivated, collaborative delivery teams. You’ll be using Agile methodologies for managing dependencies, supporting risk mitigation and resolution and managing project scope.
You’ll be working as part of a cross-functional delivery team which may include client stakeholders and partner agencies. You’ll be promoting a collaborative approach to ensure the project delivers desired outcomes for users and customers. You’ll be empowered to solve problems, and remove blockers with the help and support of your manager and community.
You’ll be implementing your knowledge of agile delivery to work with and educate the client on best practice and determining the delivery methodology that will best work with the project needs (Scrum or Kanban)
You understand that you will get out what you put into the organisation you work in, so you look for ways to contribute to Made Tech beyond the scope of your delivery. This could include participating in and contributing to the Delivery Community of Practice (COP), managing the performance and development of a number of Delivery Managers and supporting recruitment activities. You may also contribute to other areas of the business, for example Learning and Development or Marketing.

We ask the hard questions so you don’t have to.
