The Role
Are you a dynamic and skilled professional with a passion for project management and Salesforce expertise? We are seeking a Technical Project Manager to lead and execute technical projects within LucaNet's Salesforce organization.
In this role, you will collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Business Analysts, Solution Architects, Salesforce Administrators, Salesforce Engineers, and stakeholders, to ensure the successful completion of projects within budget and on schedule.

What you'll do
- Develop and customize Salesforce applications, objects, workflows, and processes
- Collaborate closely with stakeholders to gather requirements and comprehend business objectives
- Design comprehensive Salesforce solutions, encompassing customizations, integrations, and data migrations
- Create detailed technical specifications and architectural designs aligned with business requirements
- Oversee the development and implementation of Salesforce solutions while adhering to industry standards
- Offer technical guidance and support throughout implementation and troubleshooting phases
- Demonstrate a hands-on approach by configuring and customizing Salesforce to meet specific needs
- Manage general project aspects and lead the Salesforce implementation team
- Take ownership of Development, Releases, Salesforce Product Strategy, and Communication processes
What you bring to the table
- Possess a strong blend of project management skills and technical acumen
- Solid understanding of various software development methodologies
- Ability to apply project management best practices in a technical setting
- Expertise in Salesforce, including customization and development
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and adept problem-solving abilities
- Skilled in stakeholder management, conflict resolution, and driving project achievements
- A degree in computer science, information technology, or a related field is preferred
- Project Management certifications serve as a testament to your project management prowess
