Own and hit/exceed annual sales targets within assigned territory and accounts
Develop and execute strategic plan to achieve sales targets and expand our customer base
Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships
Partner with customers to understand their business needs and objectives
Effectively communicate the value proposition through proposals and presentations
Understand category-specific landscapes and trends with a deep understanding of data, benchmarking existing internal and external data to help dictate future direction
Reporting on forces that shift tactical budgets and strategic direction of accounts
Collaborate closely with the various arms of the company to have a united approach on growth and success
What we’re looking for:
An individual who has the drive and has built and led an industry leading sales organisation with a proven track record.
Has proven ability of managing the sales of multiple products across a complex group of ultimately unique customers - Healthcare and/or Public Sector experience is seen as a bonus but not a core requirement
Has the ability to manage all elements of the sales pipeline from growth at the top of the funnel right across to upselling within the existing customer base.
Understands technology well in order to harness data to aid with decision making as well as supporting the progression of deals.
Be able to forge relationships with other team members in the company.
Be comfortable with getting their hands dirty and getting involved with the day-to-day operations when needed
