Job Description

Core responsibilities:

  • Own and hit/exceed annual sales targets within assigned territory and accounts

  • Develop and execute strategic plan to achieve sales targets and expand our customer base

  • Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships

  • Partner with customers to understand their business needs and objectives

  • Effectively communicate the value proposition through proposals and presentations

  • Understand category-specific landscapes and trends with a deep understanding of data, benchmarking existing internal and external data to help dictate future direction

  • Reporting on forces that shift tactical budgets and strategic direction of accounts

  • Collaborate closely with the various arms of the company to have a united approach on growth and success

What we’re looking for:

  • An individual who has the drive and has built and led an industry leading sales organisation with a proven track record.

  • Has proven ability of managing the sales of multiple products across a complex group of ultimately unique customers - Healthcare and/or Public Sector experience is seen as a bonus but not a core requirement

  • Has the ability to manage all elements of the sales pipeline from growth at the top of the funnel right across to upselling within the existing customer base.

  • Understands technology well in order to harness data to aid with decision making as well as supporting the progression of deals.

  • Be able to forge relationships with other team members in the company.

  • Be comfortable with getting their hands dirty and getting involved with the day-to-day operations when needed
