The Role
We’re seeking an experienced React Native Tech Lead to guide our mobile development team and help deliver high-quality, scalable mobile applications. If you're passionate about mobile technology and leadership, we want to hear from you. Please be advised this role will be hybrid, and require at least 2 days per week in the office.
Knowledge Skills & Abilities
- Lead a team of developers building cross-platform mobile applications using React Native
- Architect and develop scalable, maintainable, and high-performance mobile solutions
- Review code, enforce best practices, and provide mentorship to other developers
- Collaborate closely with product managers, designers, and backend engineers to deliver seamless user experiences
- Manage sprint planning, technical roadmaps, and delivery timelines for mobile projects
- Implement automated testing strategies and CI/CD pipelines for mobile releases
- Stay current with the latest mobile development trends, tools, and best practices
- Communicate technical concepts and project updates effectively to stakeholders
- Ensure mobile applications meet performance, security, and compliance standards
- Contribute to broader technical strategy and decision-making across the engineering organisation
