The Role

We’re seeking an experienced React Native Tech Lead to guide our mobile development team and help deliver high-quality, scalable mobile applications. If you're passionate about mobile technology and leadership, we want to hear from you. Please be advised this role will be hybrid, and require at least 2 days per week in the office.

Knowledge Skills & Abilities

• Lead a team of developers building cross-platform mobile applications using React Native
• Architect and develop scalable, maintainable, and high-performance mobile solutions
• Review code, enforce best practices, and provide mentorship to other developers
• Collaborate closely with product managers, designers, and backend engineers to deliver seamless user experiences
• Manage sprint planning, technical roadmaps, and delivery timelines for mobile projects
• Implement automated testing strategies and CI/CD pipelines for mobile releases
• Stay current with the latest mobile development trends, tools, and best practices
• Communicate technical concepts and project updates effectively to stakeholders
• Ensure mobile applications meet performance, security, and compliance standards
• Contribute to broader technical strategy and decision-making across the engineering organisation
