We are looking for a Product Marketing Lead to join the Leadfeeder team. The successful candidate will play a key role in transitioning Leadfeeder from a single product company to a multi product company. This is an exciting opportunity to work with an established B2B SaaS brand with over 60,000 loyal users and to position them for future growth. This position is fully remote, however you must be based within Europe.


  • 7+ years of product marketing experience, preferably in B2B SaaS.
  • You’re able to balance strategic vision and execution, from setting high-level team strategy to getting in the weeds planning launches and doing competitive research.
  • You’re a self-starter who finds ways to get things implemented and who can manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • You’re able to distill complex information into understandable, translating technical features into benefits that resonate with our customers.
  • You have outstanding analytical skills to identify, analyze, and use data to inform recommendations.
  • You like working in a collaborative, cross-team capacity. This role requires you to work across functions and departments.
  • You have experience working with cross-functional teams in technical environments (product and engineering).
  • You’re an exceptional communicator with great writing skills and an eye for good design.


  • The Product Marketing Lead will be responsible for the successful launch and adoption of new and existing products. Lead the Product Marketing team and establish processes for growth and scale. They own the go-to-market (GTM) strategy, and position our products to win in the market.
  • In addition to the GTM strategy, Product Marketing Lead, is responsible for the enablement of the internal team, ensuring everyone has a deep understanding of our customer. This includes training around key pain points, our value proposition, and key messaging.
  • Positioning: Develop and execute value propositions, messages, and positioning that translates Leadfeeder’s product and features into benefits that resonate with our target audience.
  • GTM Strategy: Develop a clear GTM strategy for all new and existing products. Collaborate with our Product, Sales and CS teams to create the tactical GTM plan that communicates the value of Leadfeeder products to multiple audiences.
  • Product Expert: Over a period of time become an internal expert on our customers, products, competitors, and our market position to inform product development and drive customer adoption, and revenue.
  • Collaboration: Build strong relationships cross-functionally, including our Product, Marketing, Sales & Partnership and Customer Support teams.
  • Sales Enablement: Educate our Sales and Success teams on new features and create collateral to help them win.
  • Lifecycle marketing: Liaise with our Customer Lifecycle Manager to create content and messaging for email and in app campaigns that drive customer adoption throughout the customer lifecycle.
  • Grow the Team: Lead and scale an incredible team of product marketers.
