Leadfeeder is a remote first, fast growing international SaaS scale-up. We are on a mission to bring web intelligence into business. Simply put, Leadfeeder helps companies know more about their website visitors, which enables them to convert promising visitors into sales leads.
We’re excited to share that Leadfeeder has merged with Echobot, a leading provider of European Sales Intelligence. As a result, we now have 250+ team members based across 30+ countries and six offices across the US and Europe. Together, our companies are striving to be the leading sales intelligence and go-to-market platform in our core European and North American markets.
We are looking for an Office Manager who is passionate about creating a welcoming office atmosphere and organising events to help bring people together. We have a hybrid culture, where depending on the team and role some people work remotely, and others work from the office on a regular basis. Due to the nature of this role, you’ll be working on-site at our Helsinki office during fixed hours.

Responsibilities
- Ensure that all office areas are welcoming, clean, and well-functioning (in coordination with our cleaners and property manager)
- Welcome visitors, answer the phone, and order stationary and food delivery
- Coordinate and ship company gifts and equipment to our distributed team around the world
- Organise and host office events such as weekly breakfast, drinks after work, Christmas party, and more
- Help with the organisation of our company retreats, and our team-specific off-sites in different locations
- Manage our company apartment in Helsinki, where employees visiting our HQ stay for a few days (promote its availability, take bookings, coordinate cleaners, etc.)
Requirements
- You have experience in office management and organising events
- You are a people person
- You are friendly, fun, proactive and organised
- You have an eye for detail and enjoy providing exceptional support and experiences in an international, fast-paced environment
- You have great communication skills and a genuine interest in people and their well-being
- You are fluent in English, both written and spoken
- Finnish language is not a requirement for this job
