We are looking for an experienced and versatile Graphic Designer to join the Leadfeeder team. This position is fully remote, however you must be based within a European time zone for this position.

The successful candidate will own the Leadfeeder brand style, be a guardian of our design system, develop visuals to support the marketing team, and progress the UI/UX of our website.

Requirements

To apply for this position you’ll need to be proficient in each of the competencies listed below:

  • 3+ years proven experience in a similar role at a design agency, in-house creative team, freelance
  • Native English speaker or business level proficiency
  • A strong portfolio showcasing relevant work of UI/UX design and brand design is a must
  • An eye for detail: accuracy and consistency
  • Experience in responsive web design and implementing accessibility features for web
  • Grounded knowledge of typography and type
  • Advanced skills in Figma and Adobe Creative Suite: experience in managing, evolving and building design systems is a plus (libraries, components, assets)
  • Proven experience in brand marketing a good understanding of the current standards in visual communication across different media
  • Good communication skills and the ability to present results to stakeholders
  • Good skill in creating easy to understand guidelines / manuals for non-designers
  • A good understanding of HTML/CSS syntax (desirable)
  • Motion graphics and animation skills (desirable)

Responsibilities

  • Creating B2B web designs and landing page designs
  • Creating eye-catching and on-brand visual assets to support marketing initiatives across all channels (social media, blog, ebooks)
  • Keeping consistency between brand design and Leadfeeder’s website
  • Working closely with web developers on interactions, animations, look and feel of the website
  • Controlling the quality of implementation of layouts by web developers
  • Shaping and continuously improving our brand guidelines and design system (Figma)
  • Coming up with new design initiatives based on existing style guides
  • Working closely with the Marketing Managers on a daily basis
  • Building and improving design workflows and design ops (e.g. Figma, Zeroheight, Github)
