What you will be working on
You’ll join us as Portfolio Manager, working closely with the Head of Portfolio Management and Senior Portfolio Managers to build out the Portfolio Management Strategy and you’ll manage a team of analysts to proactively drive improved underwriting performance via the use of analytics.
Using your strong commercial general insurance Lloyds/company market experience to propose actions and assist with decision-making on all portfolios that Ki writes with the objective of enhancing the balance, quality and mix of Ki’s business and driving forward the level of analytical sophistication provided to the business and shape & build the Portfolio Underwriting Toolkit of the future including processes, governance, management information etc.
You’ll assist in the build of a portfolio management function which implements data-led decisions to optimise its portfolio and lead one of the pillars of the portfolio management team.
