Juro has big ambitions: de-throne MS Word as the standard way to do contracts. And we'll need a lot of help doing it.
Legal tech on the rise: companies in this space already attracted more than $1 billion in funding this year as the slow-moving industry digitises. With 3x annual revenue growth, we're in a great position to pilot this change.
Working alongside a small team of passionate developers, you will be integral to the secure design, implementation and operational management of the systems and services based on AWS automating the way people agree. You will help to improve our best practices around application, infrastructure and data security throughout our lifecycle.


🌠 YOUR MISSION
To build on our engineering culture at Juro.You will help us define, develop and improve Juro infrastructure and backend services using Typescript and Node.js. Right now, we are looking for Fullstack Engineers in two of our teams:
🚧 Tech Scaling team:- You will focus on helping our product teams move faster — adjusting infrastructure, refactoring codebase and performing optimisations of every aspect of the Juro platform.- Day to day, you will face non-trivial tasks and problems that require creativity and critical thinking to solve. Some of the upcoming tasks and projects that you’ll be involved in:- Developing of the core codebase of solution.- Seeking potential bottlenecksin Juro infrastructure and getting rid of those by platforms, technologies or changes in the codebase.- Streamlining, configuration and automation of deployment of infrastructure for other teams to function smoothly.- Getting rid of big monolith by microservice architectural approach and decomposing service codebase into smaller chunks-microservices- Organizing communications infrastructure so that microservices can exchange data in a safe and reliable manner. Would potentially involve Kafka.- Optimising MongoDB performance by whatever means possible even if it means going away from using Mongo in favor of something more Redis-like.
🚧 Integrations team:This stream is focused on developing our internal API and, as it says in the name, integrations with third-parties like Zapier, Salesforce, Slack and many more.- Some of the upcoming tasks and projects that you’ll be involved in:- Developing, maintaining and improving new and existing integrations with third-party services.- Maintaining, fixing and enhancing by writing new parts of our public Juro API.- Developing interface that helps to manage integrations.- Optimising and analysing integrations performance efficiency- Working with microservice architecture environment using Docker, Kubernetes.

- You developed applications and APIs using TypeScript and Node.js and React.- You were involved in project architecture: creating architecture from scratch, making structure changes or migrating from old to new structures.
For Tech Scaling team, you also:- Are a MongoDB enthusiast: working with complex aggregations, understanding version changes and knowing every aspect of its functionality.- Deployed and maintained systems using Docker, Kubernetes and AWS.
For Integrations team, you also:- Created and maintained distributed and resilient systems and familiar with Kafka, Redis and cloud services.C- reated and integrated API, both internal and third-party services such as: Google API, SendGrid, Intercom, Greenhouse, Workday, Zapier, Hubspot
