We’re Instant Impact, the in-house recruitment experts. We work in-house as an extension of our clients’ HR department, running the talent acquisition function.  

We provide the team, tech, marketing, and expertise that our clients  need to hire the very best  talent. We also focus on strategic projects; improving  anything and everything we can from recruitment processes  to employer brand.  

About  the account 

Our partner is a Financial Services organization that ranks as one of the oldest and largest investment management organization's in the world!   

What does it mean to be a Senior Talent Partner on this account? 

As a Senior Talent Partner you will be leading the account and responsible for hiring accomplished Financial Services experts into this highly regarded organization.  

You will become the client’s expert on all things recruitment, bringing in new initiatives, such as process improvements, employer branding projects, strategic partnerships and more. 

What do we need from you? 

  • You’re currently working in a fast-paced recruitment role, ideally with experience recruiting into financial services. 

  • You have experience directly managing 1 or more junior recruiters.  

  • You have excellent time management and organisational skills 

  • You’re experienced in leading an account and managing the full spectrum of stakeholder relationships. 

  • You have a genuine passion for process improvement  

  • You’re excited about joining a fast-growth business with clear progression opportunities

Our partner  is  based in London  and they are looking for someone who is able to work 2 days a week in their office.
