What does it mean to be a Senior Talent Partner with Revantage?
As a Senior Talent Partner you will be leading the Revantage account and responsible for hiring accomplished Financial Services, Accounting and Legal experts into this highly regarded organisation.
You will become the client’s expert on all things recruitment, bringing in new initiatives, such as process improvements, employer branding projects, strategic partnerships and more.
Added bonus, you will also get exposure to their portfolio businesses!
What do we need from you?
You’re currently working in a fast-paced recruitment role, ideally with experience recruiting into financial/professional services.
You are able to work onsite at St James Square 3 days a week
You have excellent time management and organizational skills
You’re experienced in leading an account and managing the full spectrum of stakeholder relationships.
You have a genuine passion for process improvement

Revantage is based in London (St James’ Square) and they are looking for someone who is able to work 3 days a week in their office.
