We’re on a journey to become a leading, global RPO business and are looking for an experienced Bid Manager who wants to be a fundamental part of our exciting growth story 

The Role: 

As our Bid Manager you will play a key role with our Sales and Marketing division, being responsible for creating world class presentations, drafting detailed case studies and we l thought-out client proposals.  

You will also provide support to the sales and executive team and take on a variety of different tasks, including preparing vital information for board meetings, creating a library of high-quality sales materials and writing case studies. 

Role Responsibilities: 

  • Creating world class powerpoint decks for internal and external presentations. 

  • Working closely with our senior leadership team, including our CGO and our co-CEOs to prepare for key internal and client meetings.  

  • Drafting tender responses, client proposals and meeting follow ups. 

  • Supporting our marketing function to write industry white papers, market insights documents, scripts for video shoots and more.  

Core requirements  

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills 

  • Previous experience writing bids/proposals 

  • Advanced MS Office skills (especially MS Word and Powerpoint) 

  • High attention to detail  

  • Excellent analytical skills  

  • Excellent organisational skills
