We’re on a journey to become a leading, global RPO business and are looking for an experienced Bid Manager who wants to be a fundamental part of our exciting growth story
As our Bid Manager you will play a key role with our Sales and Marketing division, being responsible for creating world class presentations, drafting detailed case studies and we l thought-out client proposals.
You will also provide support to the sales and executive team and take on a variety of different tasks, including preparing vital information for board meetings, creating a library of high-quality sales materials and writing case studies.
Creating world class powerpoint decks for internal and external presentations.
Working closely with our senior leadership team, including our CGO and our co-CEOs to prepare for key internal and client meetings.
Drafting tender responses, client proposals and meeting follow ups.
Supporting our marketing function to write industry white papers, market insights documents, scripts for video shoots and more.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Previous experience writing bids/proposals
Advanced MS Office skills (especially MS Word and Powerpoint)
High attention to detail
Excellent analytical skills
Excellent organisational skills
