We are looking for a Marketing Executive here at INSHUR; our office is in sunny Brighton and we try to get into the office once a week, however, we understand that lives need a little flexibility so this might not always be expected. You’ll be working on re-inventing insurance in exciting markets across multiple territories including the UK, USA and The Netherlands.

As Marketing Executive you will be supported by and report to the CRM Specialist. The CRM Specialist will work alongside you and help you in your role, including mentoring to develop your skills and career.

What you'll do

  • Update and maintain the website across all territories
  • Update and maintain referral comms, ensuring the programme is promoted through relevant parts of the journey
  • Implement x-channel launch of new features and products to relevant markets
  • Support launch of new B2B2C channel with marketing materials (web instructions) and outreach
  • Review and revise proposition wording and positioning
  • Create material for face to face sales and manage stock levels
  • Ensure Customer Service are briefed when changes take place
  • Partnership comms - in their channels, landing page and email briefs
  • Support insights by collating and sharing info gathered from surveys and customer service feedback
  • Build marketing emails, workflows and customer automation
  • Collaborate with external agencies
  • Support in customer journey mapping and A/B testing

Our budget for this role is £25k - £30k and we will take into account any previous experience and location of work when agreeing on the final offer.
