We are looking for a Senior People Analyst within our People Operations and Insights team. This role will be critical in supporting the business and developing our reporting capability within the people function. You’ll be supporting a hyper-scaling business and helping leaders answer questions with data. The people operations and Insights team provide analytics support across all areas including talent, onboarding, L&D, performance management, engagement and many others.

Your work will be to collaborate with business leaders to meet their reporting needs as well as drive forward the people analytics agenda. Having recently implemented looker, our goal is to develop advanced user self-service dashboards that meet our users needs. You’ll play a critical role in incorporating all our people data into our data warehouse as well as generating predictive analytics to help each area of the business.

In the People Operations and Insights (POI) team, we:

  • Design dashboards and data visualisations that help our users better understand their business areas from a people perspective
  • Collaborate with business intelligence, talent and our people teams to make data a core part of decision making across the business.
  • Seek to develop analytics which offer predictive insights
  • Experiment with new technologies to harness data
  • Take an organised and structured approach with an eye always on delivering value for our users

What we think you need to be successful:

  • Passion for People Analytics and the impact it can have on business performance
  • Proven experience working in the field of Data and Analytics having developed and lead analytics based interventions that have driven business performance
  • Strong knowledge of Looker, Tableau, Power BI or a similar BI tool
  • Experience with SQL or Look ML
  • Experience connecting multiple data sets to one central data warehouse and working with complex structured data
  • A strong academic background grounded in a numerate subject, or equivalent work experience
  • A self-directing attitude and a growth mindset
